Want to Return Something?

No problem—you’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to send it back. Just make sure it’s unused, unworn, and still in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To get started, send us an email at support@marienewton.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please note: returns that haven’t been approved by us can’t be accepted.

How It Works

Refund Process

Once we receive your item and check it over, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 days. Don’t worry—we never charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different item instead of a refund, just let us know! Email support@marienewton.com and we’ll help you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please take a photo and send it to support@marienewton.com. We will resolve the issue and send a replacement.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at support@marienewton.com. Once an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
