What to Expect After You Order

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it. From there, we’ll get to work processing it, which usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get another email with tracking info so you can follow its journey. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

And yes, shipping is completely free within the UK!

Your order should arrive within 6–9 business days. If it hasn’t shown up by then, don’t worry—sometimes there are delays due to holidays, weather, or busy periods.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
